Every luxury wedding begins with a conversation. During our initial consultation, we dive deep into our couple’s love story, personal styles, and overall vision for their special day. Sarah & Mack shared their dream of a romantic mountain celebration with timeless elegance and heartfelt moments, which became the foundation for our planning.

Step 2: Designing the Details

Once we had a clear vision, our team designed a cohesive aesthetic, blending crisp white and creamy ivories, soft greens, and natural textures that complemented the stunning Colorado backdrop. From lush arrangements of garden roses and ranunculus to custom signage and satin-wrapped bouquets, every detail was thoughtfully chosen to reflect their style.

We also helped Sarah select elegant place settings that elevated the dining experience with fine china, vintage-designed flatware, and sage-toned glassware. One of the most playful and unique elements was a stunning tan-and-white checkered dance floor that added an unexpected yet sophisticated twist to the design. We incorporated her vision in every detail, down to the throw pillows in the lounge area and along the stairs, offering guests a comfortable place to relax while staying immersed in the curated atmosphere and catching a few shooting stars.

Step 3: Partnering with Premier Vendors

To bring Sarah & Mack's vision to life, we collaborated with some of Colorado’s most talented vendors. From a top-tier photographer who captured the golden-hour magic to a culinary team that created a bespoke menu, every partner was selected for their quality and expertise.

Step 4: Creating a Seamless Experience

Luxury is about more than just aesthetics—it's about creating a feeling. Sarah and Mack spent the morning getting ready in their own private spaces at the venue, allowing them to enjoy some peaceful moments before coming together for an intimate first look. After sharing a private moment and capturing stunning portraits together, guests began arriving by chartered buses for the ceremony.

The lakeside ceremony, with the breathtaking mountains as a backdrop, set a magical tone for the day. Following their vows, guests transitioned effortlessly into the celebration, starting with incredible appetizers and refreshing beverages served by the delightful Beer Burros during cocktail hour.

After cocktail hour, guests were seated for a fantastic dinner featuring a bespoke menu crafted by Piney River Ranch. Following dinner, everyone was invited to dance the night away under the tent, featuring the playful checkered dance floor, and to enjoy stargazing under Colorado’s stunning open skies.

To further delight guests, Sarah & Mack offered a variety of indulgent experiences, including an ice cream bar, a cigar bar for an elevated lounge experience, and a dessert room overflowing with decadent options. Every touchpoint was designed to create an unforgettable evening filled with joy and personalized charm.
