Seasonal Wedding Coordinator
Responsibilities
Assist in producing weddings the day-of.
Picking up floral and decor from Studio Privé before the wedding.
Assist with setting up all flowers and decor for the wedding provided by Privé and the Client
Including ceremony set up, décor set up, and facilitating and implementing reception set up. Therefore carrying and lifting decor up to 50 lbs.
Helping the Lead Planner execute the wedding.
Act as a personal assistant to the clients.
Understand/study all event details such as décor, timelines, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, special guests, equipment, etc.
Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.
Works well with little, to no, supervision or instruction.
Willing and able to take direction and constructive criticism without offense.
Serve as a point of contact for vendors.
Give cues and coordinate flow of the day.
Handle issues that may arise and field questions from guests to ensure guest satisfaction.
Load gifts, décor, extra food, etc., into assigned vehicles.
Late night floral and decor picks ups (after 10 pm)
Return decor and rentals to Studio Privé by 9am the following day.
Sunday Morning Decor Clean Up and Restock Shifts at Studio Privé.
Transportation: You will be responsible to meet at the event destination or Studio Privé. Mileage and driving time will be paid for when you are transporting Privé “equipment.”

REQUIREMENTS
Hours: You will be required to work the day of the event (usually Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday) with varying hours depending on when the event is scheduled. Any Friday, Saturday or Sundays that you are unavailable need to be submitted for approval prior to the monthly schedule being posted.. There can be anywhere from 0-13 weddings a weekend! You will receive your schedule about 1 month beforehand. The day of the wedding is usually a fourteen-hour day. There are even some overnight mountain weddings that are fully paid for! Our season is June-October and we need commitment for the full season. Weekend unavailability needs to be approved before being hired. When doing a floral & decor set up, there will be a strike beginning around 10:00 pm or after. Make sure you are available for these late hours. You will also need to be available on some Sunday mornings to assist with decor and rental clean-up at Studio Privé.
