REAL WEDDING INSPIRATION

Caroline & Reagan

A Wedding That Broke All the Rules | A Celebration Filled with Color, Personality and Fun

Caroline and Regan’s June wedding at Sanctuary Golf Course in Castle Rock, Colorado was a bold celebration of color, creativity, and joyful expression. Designed and installed by Privé Events, the floral design embraced an unexpected disco-inspired aesthetic layered with lush seasonal blooms, reflective textures, and immersive installation work.

From the ceremony to the reception to the dance floor, every space was transformed with intentional floral design and playful details, creating a wedding experience that felt as dynamic and unique as the couple themselves.

Transforming the Covered Patio at Sanctuary Golf Course

The ceremony took place on the Sanctuary Golf Course’s covered outdoor patio, where sweeping views of Castle Rock created a naturally stunning backdrop. To complement the architecture of the space, we designed a vibrant floral installation that brought both color and movement into the structure.

The ceremony florals featured a rich palette of red, burgundy, coral, pink, orange, and yellow—brought to life through dahlias, ranunculus, roses, spray roses, carnations, cremones, strawflower, amaranthus, and textural accents of baby’s breath.

A Suspended Disco Ball Installation

The most striking element of the ceremony design was a custom overhead installation suspended above the patio.

Hundreds of disco balls in varying sizes were strung from the ceiling, creating a dramatic reflective canopy above the ceremony and later the dance floor. Interwoven throughout the installation were oversized clusters of baby’s breath, custom sprayed in tones that matched the wedding’s vibrant color palette.

The result was an immersive, high-impact focal point that completely transformed the space—reflecting light, color, and movement throughout the ceremony.

A Seamless Transition Into Reception Design

From Cocktail Hour to Stone Fireplace Elegance

Following the ceremony, guests moved into cocktail hour on the surrounding patio before transitioning into Sanctuary Golf Course’s main dining space for the reception.

Inside, the design shifted into a more grounded but still colorful interpretation of the floral story. Arrangements were placed in front of the venue’s signature stone fireplace, creating a warm and visually striking focal point within the room.

Disco Ball Centerpieces and Candlelight

Guest tables were styled with vibrant floral centerpieces accented by disco balls and silver votive candles. The reflective elements tied back to the ceremony installation while adding movement and sparkle throughout the reception space.

The combination of florals, candlelight, and reflective surfaces created a layered tablescape that felt both elevated and playful.

Dancing Beneath the Installation

A Ceremony Space Transformed for Celebration

As evening fell, the ceremony patio transitioned into the dance floor—revealing the full impact of the suspended disco ball installation.

The reflective canopy came alive under changing light, casting movement and shimmer across the space as guests danced beneath it. Paired with the vibrant floral elements, the installation created an unforgettable atmosphere that felt immersive, energetic, and entirely unique to Caroline and Regan’s celebration.
