Citrus-Inspired Reception Design
After the ceremony, guests gathered for an elegant dinner reception accompanied by live music and spectacular mountain views.
Reception tables featured lush floral centerpieces paired with fresh citrus fruits, bringing the wedding palette directly into the tablescape design. The bright fruit accents added both texture and color, creating a look that felt playful yet sophisticated.
Each table setting reflected the couple’s vibrant aesthetic while maintaining a refined and polished atmosphere.
Custom Macaron Escort Cards
One of the most memorable details of the evening was the couple’s creative escort card display.
Each guest received a hand-painted custom macaron featuring their name and table assignment. These edible works of art served as both seating cards and delightful favors, adding a whimsical and personalized touch to the reception experience.
A Whimsical Floral Installation
As guests entered the reception space, they were greeted by a magical atmosphere created through layered lighting and floral installations.
Overhead, twinkling string lights and cascading smilax vines created a romantic canopy above the dining space. Charming floral elements were delicately suspended using nearly invisible fishing line, giving the illusion that flowers were floating above the celebration.
This installation brought softness, movement, and dimension to the room while enhancing the natural elegance of the ranch setting.
