      • Begin the wedding planning process with an idea generation and vision meeting

    • Initial website creation

    • Coordinate vendor research, schedule consultations, receiving quotes and proposals with vendors available on your wedding day that fit within your budget and style (up to two initial quotes per category)

      • Liaison with you and your vendors to ensure the appropriate application of the theme and design elements

      • Showroom appointments with design-related vendors (up to 3 meetings)

    • Coordinate a Final Details Meeting held two months prior to your wedding day

    • Orchestrate and attend the Final Walk Through meeting with any necessary vendors at your venue

    • Create and distribute an extensively detailed timeline

    • Review contracts and confirm all details with your vendors

    • Lead your ceremony rehearsal

  • On your wedding day, your Lead Planner and a day-of Coordinator will provide the following services:

    • Serve as the point of contact for your vendors

    • Assist with the ceremony set up, and client's decor set up, and facilitate and implement the reception set up (extensive decor set up will involve an additional Coordinator)

    • Give cues for walking down the aisle, grand entrance into the reception, toasts, etc.

    • Coordinate with the Band/DJ to establish a flow of the reception and all reception events

    • Handle issues that may arise and field questions from guests

    • Coordinate the signing of the marriage license

    • Load gifts, décor, extra food, etc., into assigned vehicles

    • Deliver vendor payments and tips on the wedding day
