• Create and distribute an extensively detailed timeline ensuring your vendors are contracted for the right amount of time

• Coordinate a Final Details Meeting held two months prior to your wedding day

• Orchestrate and attend the Final Walk Through meeting with any necessary vendors at your venue

• Confirm all details with your vendors and share the final logistics

On your wedding day, your Lead Planner and a Day-of Coordinator will provide the following services:

• Serve as the point of contact for your vendors

• Assist with the ceremony set up, and client's decor set up, and facilitate and implement the reception set up (extensive decor set up will involve an additional Coordinator)

• Give cues for walking down the aisle, grand entrance into the reception, toasts, etc.

• Coordinate with the Band/DJ to establish a flow of the reception and all reception events

• Handle issues that may arise and field questions from guests

• Coordinate the signing of the marriage license

• Load gifts, décor, extra food, etc., into assigned vehicles

• Deliver vendor payments and tips on the wedding day

  • Starting at $3,000

    • Pricing may vary due to guest count, locations, travel, and additional hours

    • Weddings of 150+ guests or multiple locations will require a second Coordinator for $350
