Creating a Picture Perfect Proposal

Getting ready to pop the question? Congratulations! Whether you have been planning the proposal since the moment you met or you’re just starting out, your proposal will be one of the most memorable moments of your life.

Make this moment even more special by incorporating special details into your proposal. Here are a few of our favorite ideas to use for inspiration!

Take a Ride in the Snow

Earlier this year, one of our favorite clients, Patrick, hired us to help coordinate a dreamy winter proposal. A horse-drawn carriage guided them through a snowy Winter Park. Partway through their winter wonderland-inspired trip, the carriage pulled up to a walkway covered in rose petals. The pathway ended at their engagement spot highlighted with a large floral arrangement using her favorite flowers.

Propose at One of Your Favorite Places

Where you choose to propose can make just as much of a statement as the ring, so why not pick a location that is meaningful to you both?

Oftentimes our couples choose to propose where they had an important “first” in their relationship, a first date, a first kiss, and more! If you’re an outdoorsy couple, hit the trails where you had your first hike together. Take inspiration from another one of our couples, Lorena and Farah. Lorena worked with us to plan out the perfect proposal at the scenic Sapphire Point. A scenic overlook can be the perfect place to pop the question!

A Romantic Dinner for Two

Once you are engaged, family and friends oftentimes want to jump right in and start celebrating. Take a moment immediately after they say “yes!” to spend some time just the two of you. We helped plan out Omar’s surprise engagement at one of our favorite venues, Deer Creek Valley Ranch. After she said yes, our freshly engaged couple enjoyed a private dinner complete with hot cocoa and champagne!
